All sales are final with the exception of select clothing items. We do offer dressing rooms to try on our products before you leave the store. Exchanges are typically needed when the wrong size is purchased for a gift. Therefore, we only exchange the exact item for item on these products.

To be eligible for an exchange, your clothing item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, or unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
